At this difficult time during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak our first thoughts are of our loved ones, family and friends, and so I wanted to express to everyone, particularly our homeowners, colleagues, neighbours and associates, our depth of feeling and concern for each one of you at this time.
During this challenging period we aim to offer as much support and care to everyone who is part of what we call the Elysian family and journey.
It has always been our vision at Elysian to honour and treasure our homeowners and enable them to live life in their own way. However, at this unprecedented time we have sought to follow advice from Government, Public Health England and the Chief Medical Officer on how to best protect and minimise any potential risk to our homeowners, team or anyone associated with our company. During these uncertain times, we must all work together as a community to ensure that everyone is kept safe and well.
Therefore, we have put safeguarding procedures in place, and are providing guidance to our homeowners and team on how they can best protect themselves and their loved ones against COVID-19. We welcome the Government’s announcement that the sales visits to the Landsby can be resumed within social distancing guidelines, and we will be following the processes required to keep everyone involved safe. We are also arranging virtual visits and tours with images and plans for many of our customers, which we would be delighted to share.
Due to the ever-changing nature of the current circumstances, we will review this as the situation evolves.
